We have always answered the most common questions right inside the app, where you need them. But the more involved data sources, with their setup quirks and edge cases, were never going to fit in a screen-sized modal. So we built them a home.

The WasteNot help center is now live. We built it to do three things:

Teach the concepts we lean on to use WasteNot well, from nCAC to suppression strategy.
Go deep on setup, with step-by-step guidance for each data source, including the awkward edge cases.
Show up in search, so the people looking for these answers can actually find them.

We're just getting started. Expect the help center to keep growing.
